Financial Planning & Analysis Project

This Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Excel model was created and developed as part of my Financial Modeling course at the University of Texas at San Antonio.

To complete this FP&A model, I researched the fictional company “Urika Corp,”  by analyzing financial statements and internal company data to plan and forecast company growth.

After thorough research, analysis and financial modeling, I completed a FP&A model for “Urika Corp.” that included:

  • Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA)
  • Scenario Analysis
  • Pro-Forma Financial Statements
  • Pro-Forma Income Statement
  • Pro-Forma Balance Sheet
  • Financial Forecast
