This Leveraged Buyout (LBO) Excel model was developed as part of my internship at NR Capital Management, LLC, an LBO analysis determined that the company was undervalued by approximately 24.5%. 

To complete this LBO model, I researched the company Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (ODFL) by analyzing financial statements and company /industry reports utilizing Bloomberg Terminal and Morningstar Research.
